Certain miscellaneous Utility fees referenced in Town of Leesburg Resolution 95-96 (Authorizing the Town Manager to Charge for Miscellaneous Fees and Changes of the Water and Sewer System) adopted May 9, 1995; and Resolution 99-131 (Authorizing an Agreement for Construction Hydrant Meter Rental) adopted May 11, 1999; a November 1, 2002 memorandum approved by the Town Manager charging a fee for Tuscarora Landscaper’s Choice (TLC), and revision and codifying other Utility fees to be incorporated into Section 34 of the Town Code are summarized below.

Miscellaneous Utility fees effective February 1, 2011 per Ordinance 2010-O-025 are as follows:

Private Pump and Haul Contractors (per 1,000 gallons) $10
Imported Waste Activated Sludge (per 1,000 gallons) $50
Tanker Truck with Operator (per hour) $100
TLC (25 pound bag) $4 plus $10 for delivery
TLC (50 pound bag) $6 plus $10 for delivery
TLC (bulk by the ton) $70 plus $20 for delivery
Water or Sanitary Sewer Computer Model $250 each
Late Hydrant Meter Report Charge $100 per quarter

TLC price and delivery charges apply to Commercial users. TLC product is free to Leesburg Utility Customers.

 


Miscellaneous Utility fees effective July 10, 2012 per Ordinance 2012-O-018 are as follows:

Water drawn at K.B. Rollins Water Treatment Plant Water Filling station $10 per day per truck plus charges at Out-of-Town Non-Residential Water Rate per 1,000 gallons for all water drawn

 


Miscellaneous Utility fees effective July 22, 2014 per Ordinance 2014-O-024 are as follows:
