The Town's Utilities Inspection team is responsible for performing quality control and construction inspections to ensure future town water and wastewater infrastructure meets all specifications.

The following steps are a general overview of the new construction process:

• Final approved plans with signatures
• Schedule a pre-construction meeting 
• • Pre-construction packet
• Public Facilities Permit must be paid prior to issuance of Zoning & Building permits
• Acceptance testing (beneficial use)
• Meter Request (request your meter here)
• Final Occupancy Request (request your final occupancy inspection here)
• Bond Release (performance and maintenance)

After Hours Services Requests

All requests for after hours services must be submitted via our online form by an authorized representative of the Contractor or Developer. Each project will require a separate request form. All requests must be received no later than 3:30 pm two business days prior to the date of work to be performed (i.e., before 3:30pm Wednesday for work on a given Saturday). The Town of Leesburg reserves the right to deny any request for overtime services due to weather, holidays, operational concerns, staff availability, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
