One of Leesburg’s oldest structures, the Donaldson Log Cabin has an interesting story of its own to tell. September’s pop-up exhibit will focus on the history of the structure, from its beginning as an 18^th century silversmiths shop to efforts to preserve the structure in the 1960s and beyond. Visitors will learn about the records and tools available for researching historic buildings like the Cabin and how to get started researching their own properties.
