Meeting Room

Thomas Balch Library’s meeting room is available to the public on a fee basis; $20 per hour for non-profits and $30 per hour for for-profits (no partial hours). No admission, donation, or tuition may be required or solicited, and no products or services may be sold. Thomas Balch Library will make its meeting room available to the public on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting its use.

The meeting room is available Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The room is not available during weekends, administrative closings, or on legal holidays. Certain events, such as those sponsored by Thomas Balch Library or the Town of Leesburg, may take precedence over private organizations.

Please call 703-737-7195 to check on meeting room availability. To review the Meeting Room Use Policy, download the Meeting Room Application.   Complete the application and email it to  libadmin@leesburgva.gov to reserve the room. Please note: a tentative booking is made by notification by the library of space available. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of completed agreement and payment in full.
