Refund Overview:

Approved cancellation requests by patrons will be refunded by credit card or check only.
No household credits will be issued.
Credit Card refunds can take 3 - 5 business days to reflect on the account.
All check refunds will be mailed within 4 - 6 weeks after the request has been processed.

Class Cancellations:

Should a refund request be submitted less than 14 calendar days prior to the start of a program there is a 50% penalty per program.
No refunds will be given after the first class without a doctor's note. With a doctor's note, after the start of a program and prior to the mid-point, the 50% penalty will be based on the prorated refund amount.
There are no refunds after the mid-point for any reason.
If a program only meets one time, no refunds will be given.

Camps/Academies:

The camp refund fee is non-refundable.
To obtain a full refund, refund requests must be submitted 30 calendar days prior to the day camps begin. Refund requested less than 30 calendar days prior, will incur a 50% penalty per camp session. No refunds will be given on or after the first day of the camp session.
With a doctor's note, medical refunds are only granted if they require a full withdrawal from the remainder of the session; even with a doctor's note, there will be no refunds from the day of the mid-point of the program or after for any reason.

Passes:

All paid in full pass refunds will be prorated from the date of request
No retro-dated refunds will be honored.
Monthly Billing contracts required a 30 day notice with one final billing. If the initial year has not been met there is a $25 early termination fee.

Rentals:

To obtain a refund all requests must be submitted 14 calendar days prior to the rental date.
For room rentals refunds submitted with less than 14 calendar days prior to the rental will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellation submitted on the day of the reservation.
For Birthday Party Packages, no refunds will be issued with less than 15 calendar days notice.

Pavilion Reservations:

Cancellations 14 days prior to the event shall receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 14 days in advance receive no refund.
Weather related cancellations must be called into the Outdoor Facilities Supervisor at 703-737-7155 the day of the rental. We will not automatically cancel the reservation.
