Leesburg's Outdoor Summer Concert Series Returns!

*No concert on August 10

Don’t miss Downtown Leesburg’s popular summer concert series, held every Saturday from June 8 through August 17 (no concert August 10). This is a FREE concert series; no admission or ticket needed.  Bring your lawn chair or blanket with you and picnics are encouraged! No smoking or pets will be allowed in grass listening area. If you have your pet with you, we ask that you remain on the sidewalk.

Bring Your Own Beer & Wine will be permitted in 2024 for those 21 or older.  Please click here to see the details and rules.

 In the case of inclement weather, the show will be cancelled. Check back here or Ida Lee's Facebook page for concert status.

Caribbean Vibe

Established in 1990, Caribbean Vibe has performed numerous events across the US and beyond. Recently featured live on The Today Show and The View, Caribbean Vibe Steel Drum Band’s performers provide fun festive music. They share the joy of an instrument whose origin is rooted in the history of the Afro-Trinidadian struggle for freedom. The steel drum, also known as the steel pan, is the national instrument of Trinidad and Tobago. We are so pleased to open Summer JAMS 2024 with the sound of the islands!

Tommy and Kim

Tommy & Kim features pop/rock/folk artists Tommy Gann and Kim Pittinger. Each performed around the Northern Virginia and D.C. area as solo acts until a songwriters retreat brought them together in 2014. They have been writing music and performing together ever since.  In addition to their original music, Tommy & Kim have a unique way of putting their creative touch on classic songs.  Together they have been featured acts at Leesburg, VA’s Acoustic on the Green series and Hamilton, VA’s Songs Stories and Gas Money series.  Further east, they have performed at venues such as Pearl Street Warehouse and Union Stage in Washington, D.C.  Tommy & Kim are currently booking in the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. area.

The Johnny Kasun Trio

Johnny Kasun is a guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, and music producer originally from Leesburg, VA - now residing in Fair Haven, NJ. He writes and performs across multiple genres, from classical to rock, and uniquely specializes in fingerstyle guitar. Accompanied by his newfound band with Michael Kasun on bass, Erik Mason on keys, and Coleman Williams on drums, Johnny will be showcasing the music of 70’s/80’s soft rock legends such as Jackson Browne, James Taylor, Billy Joel, Paul Simon, Eagles, and more!

Sela Campbell

Sela Campbell is a country music singer/songwriter based in Loudoun County, Virginia. She was voted Best Local Band/Musician in the Loudoun Times Mirror’s 2023 Best of Loudoun competition, and she won best soloist in the 2022 Loudoun County Battle of the Bands. She plays all types of country music, from Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton and Loretta Lynn to many of today’s most popular artists including Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, and The Chicks. She’s also performs her own music, including her singles “One Track Mind” and “Yellow Flowers”. Torrey B

Torrey B was born into a military family in September of 1987. He began performing in his church choir at the age of 7 and has had a passion for music ever since. He was a part of several choirs throughout high school, including the Mount Vernon Madrigal Choir, and attended Radford University to study Vocal Performance and Media Studies. He’s a songwriter who’s spent time in the studio and currently performs live in the DMV nearly every weekend.  His influences include Sam Cooke, Jimi Hendrix, Prince, and other greats of rock and soul.  Torrey is dedicated to the idea that music can make life better and takes joy in spreading that sentiment to those around him.

Pebble to Pearl

Pebble to Pearl is a band that rocks the stage with soulful tunes and electrifying energy. Led by powerhouse vocalist Dari J, they blend funky beats, blues, and rock vibes into a musical explosion.  Nikki, Genny, and Chris round out the band creating sonic magic that’ll make your heart dance.  They’ve shared stages with legends like B.B. King, Erykah Badu, and Missy Elliot, leaving a trail of good vibes wherever they go.

Rook Richards

Mike (Rook) Richards is a singer-songwriter based in Alexandria, VA and is currently performing throughout the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas while writing his next record to be released with Straight Shooter Music in Nashville, TN. Rook's eclectic mix of influences include John Mayer, Rob Thomas, Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton, Stevie Wonder, and Kenny Loggins amongst many others.

Gary Smallwood is beloved by audiences and venues alike throughout the mid-Atlantic for his superior guitar work, smooth voice, and warm stage presence. 

Michael André Fath is a true guitar virtuoso that has been pushing the boundaries of his instrument and song composition for decades. Guitar World Magazine has compared him to Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Eddie Van Halen.  Together, Smallwood & Fath bring astonishing, world-class guitar and plenty of soul to the Leesburg stage.

Justin Trawick and the Common Good

Justin Trawick has been performing in the Washington DC area and along the East Coast since 2006, citing musical influences like Bob Schneider, The Tallest Man on Earth, G. Love, Old Crow Medicine Show, and David Gray. In June of 2015, Trawick released his first single, “Goodbye”, under the band name “Justin Trawick and the Common Good”; written about the search for direction and belonging in a world that constantly feels one step ahead of you. Trawick has performed for TedxEast in NYC at the City Winery, TedxPennsylvaniaAvenue in DC at the Newseum, and has opened for over 30 national acts including Suzanne Vega, Wyclef Jean, Brett Dennen, Blues Traveler, Enter The Haggis, Bob Schneider, and Edwin McCain, and shared bills with Dr. Dogg and The Avett Brothers. Justin is the Founder of the nationally touring show “The 9 Songwriter Series.”
