Welcome to our Recreation Classes webpage!

The Town of Leesburg Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to offering residents of all ages and interest’s broad based recreation and leisure opportunities that will foster the growth of healthy lifestyles. With a wide variety of programs from tots to seniors and all ages in between, the young and the young at heart are encouraged to regularly participate in recreational classes and programs. Whether you are a nature buff, gymnast, or a patron of the arts – you are sure to find a class to further your education or spark your creativity.

ARTS & CRAFTS

From toddlers to adults, beginners to experts, we provide many arts & crafts classes for the masses.

DANCE

Learn the basics of ballet to the rhythmic movement in our ballroom dances classes. There is a dance class for any and everybody.

BALLROOM DANCE

Learn the basic movements of ballroom dancing, including waltz, tango, and mambo/cha.  No need for a partner, but great to take with friends!

SCIENCE & NATURE

Nature classes for Tots and Astronomy for ages 8 & up.

Photography

Adult class focused on helping participants learn how to use DSLR or Bridge camera better

TOTS & TODDLERS

We host a variety of Tots and Toddler classes parents/guardians can enjoy with their little ones. From music and nature to a number of indoor/outdoor activities, Ida Lee has something for you!
