Welcome to the Town of Leesburg’s Community Outreach Department. R.O.C.K. is a partnership between the Town of Leesburg Parks and Recreation Department and the Leesburg Police Department. Our goal is to provide positive recreation and leisure experiences through after-school and summer programs. The program is for children ages 5-12 that reside within the program locations.
Our Vision
Our Vision is to offer a successful recreation-based program that keep youths safe and provide positive experiences.
The program is located at the following four communities within the Town of Leesburg:
• Heritage Square
• Evans Ridge
• The Fields of Leesburg
• Fort Evans
There is no fee for children to participate; this is a free service for the youth that reside in the program neighborhoods. Registration information is required for each individual attending the program for emergency purposes.
Our Goals
• Provide activities that are designed for low to moderate income youth aged 5-12;
• Encourage more structured, positive socialization;
• Provide meaningful and structured recreation-based experiences to Leesburg youth;
• Increase children’s awareness of their community.

• Heritage Square/Fort Evans – Tues, Thu 3:00-5:30pm
Summer
• Evans Ridge/The Fields of Leesburg
> Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00am-12:30pm
> Tues, Thu 2:00-5:30pm
• Heritage Square/Fort Evans
> Mon, Wed, Fri 2:00-5:30pm
> Tues, Thu 9:00am-12:30pm
