Alcohol Rules for Summer JAMS
- Beer and Wine may only be brought on site and consumed by individuals 21 years of age or older.
- ALL individuals drinking alcohol, regardless of age, must have a valid, state-issued photo ID and be prepared to present it if asked.
- No alcohol may be consumed by or given to anyone under the age of 21.
- Hard liquor/spirits are not permitted.
- Beer and Wine may only be consumed within the concert perimeter between 6:30pm and 8:30pm during official, staffed Summer JAMS performances.
- Consuming alcohol outside the posted perimeter could lead to arrest for drinking in public.
- If the concert is cancelled or ends early, alcohol consumption will not be permitted.
- The Town of Leesburg, Virginia ABC, and local law enforcement reserve the right withdraw permission for on-site alcohol consumption at any time.
- Intoxicated individuals will not be permitted on the premises.
- A person may be deemed intoxicated when it is apparent from observation that he/she has drunk enough alcoholic beverages to affect his/her manner, disposition, speech, muscular movements, general appearance or behavior.
- All glass must be kept on the grass. Glass drinkware and bottles will not be permitted on paved surfaces.
- No alcohol may be sold on the premises.
- BYOB alcohol may not be taken into separated Tally Ho seating area.
- The Town of Leesburg reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
