The Town of Leesburg Department of Parks and Recreation offers numerous park rentals, including athletic fields, the gazebo at Ida Lee Park, and pavilions. The Town’s facilities have been used for an array of group or organization activities from birthday parties and family reunions to tournaments and special events, from individual activities to large scale fund raisers.
Several of our Town Parks have pavilions available to rent. The chart below provides you with a list of amenities and the rental prices. Scroll down to find a photo and brief description of each. Pavilion Rentals
You may now reserve park pavilions, with the exception of the Ida Lee Gazebo, through our online reservation system (link below). If you already have an account, use those credentials to login. If you do not have an account, you will need to create a new one. Once you are signed into the system, you will be able to search for specific dates to see which pavilions are available, make payments, and officially book your reservations. Please note that reservations must be made more than 72 hours in advance.

Park Pavilions

Billy Cox PavilionLocated in Ida Lee Park, the pavilion has a capacity of 45 people with open space around it. There is 1 Large double-sided charcoal grill and a large playground. There is no electricity or running water restrooms, but a port-a-potty is available during the season (April-October).

Edwards Landing PavilionThe pavilion has a capacity of 60 people with one charcoal grill. There is no electricity or running water restrooms, but a port-a-potty is available during the season (April-October). The pavilion is surrounded by woods with little open space. There is a walking trail that goes down to the Potomac River.

Fox Ridge PavilionThe pavilion has a capacity of 50 people with a large charcoal grill and open space around the pavilion. There is a playground, single hoop basketball court, softball field, and running water restrooms (restrooms are for rental reservations only). The pavilion does not have electricity for public usage. The ball field may be reserved when not in use by the youth sports leagues.

Ida Lee GazeboThe gazebo is located in Ida Lee Park and is available for rentals such as wedding and large special events. The gazebo is surrounded by a large open field space. The gazebo has a capacity of 50 people standing, larger groups can spread out around it. Weddings and special event groups have brought in chairs, tables, tents, and other equipment to accommodate their event. Ida Lee Park does not supply rental equipment.

Potomac Crossing Park Pavilion505 Shanks Evans Road NE, 20175 The pavilion has a capacity of 50 people with open space around it. There is one charcoal grill and a large playground. The pavilion does not have electricity or running water restrooms for public use. A port-a-pottie is available during the season (April-October). Trails connect to Balls Bluff Park and down to the Potomac River.

Tuscarora Creek Park PavilionThe pavilion has a capacity of 60 people with one charcoal grill, running water restrooms (for rental reservations only), and a playground. The pavilion does not have electricity for public use. The area around the pavilion is mostly wooded with open space and walking trails.
