The Leesburg Commission on Public Art (COPA) supports the development of a public art program, serves as an advisory body for public art, advises the Town Council on policies that will strengthen the arts, administers activities concerning public art that are not a part of regularly scheduled Town programs, and seeks support on behalf of the arts in Leesburg.
COPA meets on the 1st Monday of each month, at 5:30 p.m. in the Lower Level 2nd Floor Conference Room of Town Hall (25 West Market Street).
