The Town utilizes ParkMobile for payment at on-street parking spaces. Please see below for responses to Frequently Asked Questions related to form of payment. For all other inquiries please contact pio@leesburgva.gov.

  • What are the fees charged for on-street parking?

    The on-street parking fees are $1.50 per hour. The ParkMobile service fee is an additional 50 cents per transaction. This fee is paid directly to ParkMobile.

  • Do I have to download the ParkMobile app?

    You do not need to download the app to pay via ParkMobile. There are options to pay via text, phone call, or by scanning a QR code.

  • What if I don't have a mobile phone with me to pay with ParkMobile?

    There are several other parking options for those without mobile phones. The Town Hall parking garage accepts both cash and credit cards at its automated pay stations. Free parking is available at the Liberty Street parking lot (204 Liberty Street) and the Pennington lot and garage (210 Church Street). The Downtown Parking Map can be used for reference.

  • What are the free parking options in downtown?

    Parking is always free at the Liberty Street parking lot and Pennington lot or garage. On-street parking will continue to be free after 5 p.m. on weekdays, all day on weekends, and on Town holidays. Parking is also free at the Town Hall parking garage for the first two hours of parking during weekdays, and all the time on evenings, weekends, and holidays. In addition, parking in the Loudoun County Government Center Garage and Semones Lot is free after 5 p.m. on weekdays, and on weekends and holidays. 

  • What are the options for drivers with disabled parking permits?

    Cars that display a disabled placard or license plate on their cars may park for up to 4 hours for free at on-street parking spaces. There is no need to use ParkMobile to pay to park, but the 4-hour time limit will be enforced by Town parking staff. The Town Hall parking garage also has disabled parking spaces on levels 1A and 1B. Disabled parking permit holders that utilize a space in the parking garage will be able to park for the first two hours for free, which is the standard for all garage users.
  • Does the 2-hour limit for on-street parking spaces apply with ParkMobile?

    Yes, the 2-hour limit applies and is enforced by the Town’s parking staff.
