Nuisance Complaints
Several departments within the Town are responsible for responding to different types of Nuisance Complaints. In order for your complaint to be received by the correct department, please choose from the list below. If you do not see the subject of your complaint, we may have classified it as a Service Request, instead of a Nuisance Complaint. Please check our "Submit a Service Request" page. Thank you.
- Abandoned property
- Barking dogs
- Chickens
- Commercial vehicle parked on public street in residential neighborhood
- Construction site dirt/debris tracked or washed onto public street
- Excessive occupancy
- Hoarding
- Illegal outdoor storage
- Illicit discharge of materials (motor oil, antifreeze, paint, etc.) into storm sewer
- Inoperable vehicle parked on the public street
- Inoperable vehicle parked off street
- Noise complaint (loud music, construction noise, etc.)
- Non-permitted construction, addition or alteration
- Portable signs in the right-of-way
- Prohibited or non-permitted home-based business
- Property not maintained or in disrepair
- Right-of-way complaint (PODs, trailers or dumpsters placed in the right-of-way)
- Tall grass/weeds
- Trash/debris along roadway
- Trees/branches blocking sight lines or signs
- Unsafe/unsanitary conditions
- Vehicle parked in the yard or blocking the public sidewalk
Please note that the email inboxes receiving these reports are monitored from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Use these forms for non-emergency issues only.
