The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) hears and decides cases for variance requests, appeals of administrative decisions, and appeals of zoning map interpretations. The BZA is a quasi-judicial body whose members are appointed by the Chief Judge of the Loudoun County Circuit Court for 5-year terms.
As necessary, the BZA meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 25 West Market Street. All meetings are open to the public as provided for in the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and may be viewed via Comcast Government Channel 67 or Verizon Channel 35 or through our live webcast.
