Please join the Town of Leesburg’s Office of Capital Projects for a neighborhood meeting to receive updates about the Washington & Old Dominion Trail Lighting project.  The purpose of this meeting is to inform residents and trail users of the goals of the project, answer questions or concerns, and solicit input on the project. Following the public meeting, the Town will seek additional public input through an online survey that will be posted on the project webpage. These survey results will be used in the development of the conceptual design. 

The W&OD Trail Lighting project involves the addition of streetlights along approximately 1.25 miles of trail through Downtown Leesburg from Catoctin Circle SE (near Flagship Carwash) to Catoctin Circle NE (by Loudoun County High School). The project aims to provide a safe route for evening pedestrians to travel between residential areas and Downtown.
