Scope:  The Town of Leesburg is requesting proposals from qualified firms with substantial, professional experience in construction management and inspection of neighborhood improvement projects, to include storm drainage, gutter, sidewalk, roadways, trails, buildings, and public relations.  The Town may choose to retain more than one firm for this annual contract.
