Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids for the lease of municipal water tower space at the Carr II Tank for telecommunications antennas located at 550 Fort Evans Road NE, Leesburg, VA 20176.

Public Hearing/Bid Opening:

The public hearing/bid opening will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 25 W. Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20176.
