Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids for the various water and wastewater treatment chemicals.  Chemicals will be delivered to the Town’s Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 43234 Edwards Ferry Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20176 and the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) located at 1391 Russell Branch Parkway SE, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
