Scope:

The Town is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform and furnish all materials, labor, tools, and equipment for utility easement, right-of-way, and nuisance ordinance grounds maintenance services.  

Pre-bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on January 22, 2019 in the Utility Maintenance Building Conference Room located at 1385 Russell Branch Parkway, Leesburg, VA 20175.
