Scope:

The Town is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to assist the Town with a substantial update of the Town’s comprehensive plan as required by the Code of Virginia §15.2-2223. 

Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 22, 2019 in the Lower Level Conference Room 2 of Town Hall located at 25 W. Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20176.
