Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of waterline, maintenance of traffic, removal of existing waterline, and all related incidentals.

Pre-Bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019 in the Utility Maintenance Building Conference Room, located at 1385 Russell Branch Parkway, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend to obtain a thorough understanding of this project.
