Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide services to create sponsorship packages and seek sponsorship donations for the four major Town of Leesburg Special events, specifically, the Annual Flower and Garden Festival, the Independence Day Celebration, TASTE Leesburg and the Leesburg Airshow.
