Scope:

The Town of Leesburg (the “Town”) is soliciting proposals from a qualified ABC licensed vendor to recruit breweries and/or wineries for Town of Leesburg events. The specific needs will vary depending on the event, but generally the successful
offeror will assist the Town in organizing alcohol vendors and sales for the event including, but not limited to, pre-event logistics, set-up, event day operations and event breakdown for the Annual Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival, TASTE Leesburg and the Leesburg Airshow. Smaller, private invitation only events that require bar services may be added as the need arises.
