Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals for the purchase, removal, and beneficial use of the Class A dried biosolids product produced by the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facility. The successful Offeror(s) will be responsible for removal and will develop either a beneficial use plan or a distribution and marketing plan for the beneficial use of the Water Pollution Control Facility’s Class A dried biosolids product.
