Scope:
The Town is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive water and wastewater cost of service study and rate design review for the Town’s municipally owned and operated water and wastewater utility system to determine revenue requirements and rate recommendations for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 and financial projections and recommended rates for Fiscal Years 2026-2029.
