Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M. (local time) on February 7, 2024.  It is recommended that all Offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project. The pre-proposal meeting will be live streamed via Microsoft TEAMS and made available to the public.
