Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for Cationic Emulsion Polymer as described herein.  Delivery will be to the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facility located at 1391 Russell Branch Parkway SE, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.

Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00AM on Monday, September 9, 2024 via Microsoft Teams. It is strongly recommended that all potential offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and to become completely familiar with the statement of needs.
