Scope:

The Town of Leesburg (the “Town”) is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to obtain information from vendors interested in providing an electronic citation (e-citation) software solution as a replacement/upgrade to the current software.  The e-citation software solution should include implementation and maintenance to a fully functional, turn-key, highly configurable solution that accurately integrates with the Tyler Enterprise Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS), Tyler Technologies Munis ERP financial system, and the Virginia Supreme Court. The solution must comply with several Public Safety Cybersecurity industry standards and methodologies.
