Scope:

Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 in Lower Level Conference Room #2 of Town Hall, 25 W. Market St, Leesburg, VA 20176. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is encouraged, but not mandatory.
