Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), sewer lateral rehabilitation, flow bypass, maintenance of traffic, and all related incidentals. 

Pre-Bid Meeting: 

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, August 7, 2017 in the Utilities Maintenance Building Conference Room, located at 1385 Russell Branch Parkway, Leesburg, VA 20175. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is encouraged, but is not mandatory.
