Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting unsealed bids for the removal and replacement of the membrane and stone roofing at the Water Pollution Control Facility located at 1391 Russell Branch Parkway SE, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. 

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at the Water Pollution Control Facility located at 1391 Russell Branch Parkway SE, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
