Scope: 

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal of an existing rubber roof and replacement with a torch-applied asphalt modified roof at the Public Works garage. 

Pre-Bid Meeting: 

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Public Works Facility, located at 1393 Russell Branch Parkway SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.  Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is encouraged, but is not mandatory.
