Project Description: The purpose of this project was to improve pedestrian safety and drainage along Old Waterford Road in the vicinity of Union Cemetery and Rust Library. 

The project consisted of completion of the missing sidewalk section along the east side of Old Waterford Road along the Union Cemetery property, including the addition of curb and gutter. Also included in the project was sidewalk, curb and gutter improvements to complete the missing sidewalk along the south side of Ayrlee Avenue NW at the intersection of Old Waterford Road. Sidewalk improvements to complete the missing sidewalk on the west side of Old Waterford Road, south of Ayr Street NW and across from Rust Library were also included in the project.

Project Status: This project was completed in the Spring of 2013.
