Project Description: This project included the construction of recreation amenities within the Potomac Crossing community utilizing funds received in a financial settlement from the developer of a formerly proffered park. Amenities include an entrance road, parking for 12-15 vehicles, a playground, open play area, picnic shelter, and extensive landscaping. Non-traditional storm water management features have been included as part of the project.

Project Status: The park opened in November 2014.
