Project Description: This project included replacement of  approximately 0.2 mile of sidewalk along the north side of West Market Street between Morven Park Road and Ayr Street. The previous concrete sidewalk in this area was substandard in width and in places had significant drop‐offs from the edge. Near the Ayr Street intersection, the sidewalk had steps that did not meet Americans with Disability Act (ADA) guidelines. The new brick sidewalk was designed in compliance with ADA regulations and was constructed to current standards to provide a safer walking environment.

Current Status: Construction was completed in early 2021.
