Project Description:  This project provides for the design and construction of roadway and sidewalk improvements on Church Street (from Royal Street to South Street), South Street (between Church Street and Harrison Street) and Harrison Street (south of the South Street intersection). The proposed improvements will include new curb and gutter where needed, completion of missing sidewalk segments, and other roadway modifications to promote traffic calming and pedestrian safety.

Project Updates:  There is no funding for this project until Fiscal Year 2027.
