Project Description: This project included the replacement of approximately 0.25 mile of sidewalk along the north side of Edwards Ferry Road from west of Woodberry Road (near the Marshall House) to Prince Street and address drainage issues in the area. The existing concrete sidewalk in this area was substandard in width and the adjacent curb was insufficient in height. The new brick sidewalk was designed in compliance with ADA regulations and was constructed to current standards to provide a safer walking environment. The project also improved drainage at the intersection of Woodberry Road.
