Project Description:  This multi-year project includes replacement and upgrade of water meters, meter transmitter units, and the automated water meter reading technology to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in the metering, billing processes, and customer service. The project includes water meters, hardware, software, and installation. After the upgrade, increased data will be available through enhancements to utility billing's customer portal to improve leak detection, support water conservation and stewardship of water resources.
