This reference map identifies all of the shopping centers and office buildings located within the Town of Leesburg's corporate limits and provides detailed information on their respective Comprehensive Sign Plans (CSPs), if applicable.

A CSP is a comprehensive list of the permissible sign types as well as their relevant requirements and limitations. This allows office and commercial center ownership to achieve a level of unified signage compatible with the architectural style of their development.

Clicking on a map indicator or a thumbnail image below will provide information of the approved CSP document (if one exists) and the general information for each shopping center, such as their location and zoning district.  You may also click here to see a full listing of commercial centers in the Town.
