H-2 Corridor District (H-2 Overlay District)
Established in 1990 as the first corridor district in Virginia, the H-2 Corridor District was mostly replaced in 2020 by the Gateway District. The H-2 Corridor District remains in use for limited properties throughout the Town that have proffered to the design standards contained in this document.  For additional information, please contact preservation staff at (703) 771-2765.
