Town Hall Parking Garage Rental

The Town Hall Parking Garage rents spaces on an hourly or monthly basis. The garage is located beside Leesburg Town Hall, has over 300 parking spaces.  Paid parking hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Parking is free on weekdays after 7:00 pm, weekends and Town holidays. 

Hourly Rates
The first two hours in the Town Hall Garage are free. Each additional hour (or portion of an hour) is $1.00, with a $10.00 maximum daily.

Monthly Rates
Monthly rental spaces are available on a limited basis.   Reserved assigned spaces are $65/month and unassigned spaces are $45/month.  Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We currently have a wait list for both assigned and unassigned parking spaces. To add your name to the waitlist, please email payments@leesburgva.gov, call 703-771-2726 or stop by the Finance Counter on the first floor of Town Hall.
