You need to have the parking ticket number to pay the fine.
If you do not have the parking ticket number, call the Finance Department at 703-771-2726.

Citations with a balance due greater than 45 days delinquent have been referred for collection action.

The Town of Leesburg has enlisted the services of an outside collections agency to collect past due parking citations. The collection agency, Nationwide Credit Corporation (NCC) contacts individuals that delinquent citations with the Town of Leesburg.  Please contact NCC directly at 844-862-7251 during normal business hours to have an NCC representative review the details of the citations or to make payment by phone. Payments can also be made online at their website www.paynccarm.com  or mail to NCC, PO BOX 9156, Alexandria, VA 22304-0156.

Parking Ticket Appeal Process

To appeal a parking ticket issued by the Town of Leesburg, please complete this online form within 15 calendar days from the date of citation.

Upon receipt of the submitted appeal form, the Town will review and reach out to you in regards to the appeal process.
