Streetlights are maintained by either Dominion Energy or Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC), depending on location. The map of Leesburg below shows the area of coverage for each company.

To report any streetlight outages or issues, please use the map below to determine the appropriate power company. For Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC) streetlight issues, you can visit the NOVEC website or call 888-335-0500. For Dominion Energy streetlight issues, you can visit the Dominion website or call 888-667-3000.

Please note – the Town is not able to perform repair service on lights owned by Dominion Electric or Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC). After reporting issues to the appropriate power provider, repair work will be scheduled and completed by that power provider. If you need assistance with reporting a street light outage or issue to the appropriate power company, please contact the Town's Street Division at 703-737-7073.

Requests for new streetlights or upgrades are handled by the Town’s Department of Public Works & Capital Projects. Please email Niraja Chandrapu, Transportation Engineer, or call 703-771-2791.
