Columbus Day (Monday, October 14, 2024):

• Patriot will be open and services will be provided as normal.

Veteran's Day (Monday, November 11, 2024):

• Patriot will be open and services will be provided as normal.

Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 28, 2024):

• Patriot will be closed and services will not be provided.
• Thursday's regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, November 29.
• Friday's regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, November 30.

Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25, 2024):

• Patriot will be closed and services will not be provided.
• Wednesday's regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Thursday, December 26.
• Thursday's regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, December 27.
• Friday's regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, December 28.

New Year's Day (Wednesday, January 1, 2025):

• Patriot will be closed and services will not be provided.
• Wednesday's regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Thursday, January 2.
• Thursday's regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Friday, January 3.
• Friday's regularly-scheduled services will be provided on Saturday, January 4.

Christmas Tree Collection:

• Christmas trees will be collected during the first full two weeks of January (January 6, 2025 through January 18, 2025) on your yard waste collection day. If you don't know what your yard waste collection day is, please contact your HOA office or Patriot's customer service department at 703-771-6677.
• All tinsel and decorations must be removed, and trees should not be placed in plastic bags.
• If a tree is placed curbside for collection on yard waste collection day and is not picked up, please leave it out at the curb and collection will be completed as soon as possible.
