The Loudoun County Landfill, located at 21101 Evergreen Mill Rd., offers recycling of mixed paper, cardboard, plastics and glass as well as antifreeze, batteries,electronics (computers, printers, monitors, televisions), fluorescent bulbs, paint, tires, and motor oil. Also located at the Loudoun County Landfill, the free mulch depot offers free mulch to Town of Leesburg and county residents. The mulch loading area is located to the left after passing the customer recycling drop-off center. Landfill hours are Monday – Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Residents must load their own mulch. It is recommended that you bring shovels, gloves or other tools as needed.

Electronics & Computer Recycling: Loudoun County no longer holds electronics recycling collection events, however items are accepted for a fee at the landfill. Visit their website for a list of other local electronics recycling options.
