Recycling Flyer

• Please note that recycling should NOT be placed in plastic bags. All recycled items should be placed loose in your recycling Toter®.

• New Change (effective January 27, 2020): If you choose to recycle your shredded paper, please place it in biodegradable paper bags or put in the toter loose, or you can put shredded paper in a recyclable paper bag (such as a yard waste paper bag), or in a recyclable cardboard box, and then put in the recycling toter.

Plastic bags (including blue or clear recycling bags and green biodegradable bags) and plastic wrap/packaging of any kind should NOT be included with recycling, but placed in your regular trash.

Soiled cardboard, like pizza boxes, and frozen food boxes should NOT be included with recycling, but placed in your regular trash. Styrofoam, all types, are no longer accepted as recycling. Styrofoam should be disposed of as trash.
