SCOPE:  Supply approximately 180 single or double space parking meters to the Town of Leesburg over the next four or five years.  Generally, the meters will optimize advanced technology while increasing customer payment options, increase on-street real time parking information, increase revenue opportunities and enhance enforcement ability.
