Fall Tree Planting - Lowenbach Improvements Ph III & Downtown Improvements - Loudoun St

Scope:

Lowenbach Phase III (Prince St) - Provide all materials, labor, and equipment to plant trees (mulch incidental), bushes (mulch incidental), and some soil conditioning (topsoil) including 6” of mixing soil. There will be removal of grass, weeds and mulch from the existing beds to prepare areas for planting. A small stone landscape wall at address 116 Prince St is also included - see attached sketch. All work will be completed on private property.

Downtown Improvements (Loudoun St) - Includes additional planting in tree pits and small
beds (mulch incidental) in brick sidewalk area between the road and the businesses (see attached sketch). Working on this street will require right of way permit including traffic control plan sheet. Permit can be obtained from Town Hall, 3rd floor, Dept. of Public Works. Note: There is one Crepe Myrtle tree that will be supplied by the owner and planted by the contractor.
