Scope:

The Town of Leesburg, Virginia (“Town”) is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction and repair services for the Town Parking Garage located at 25 West Market Street in Leesburg, Virginia.

The awarded bidder, also referred to herein as “Contractor”, shall provide construction services, including, but not limited to selective demolition, shoring, concrete patching and repairs, reinforcement repair, crack sealing, crack injections, painting and all incidentals related thereto in order to complete all of the repair work identified in the attached Town Parking Garage Inspection Report, dated November 11, 2019 (Attachment A) and Town Parking Garage Corbel Repair Plan Sheets (Attachment B).  The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work.
