Scope:
The Town of Leesburg is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver various water and wastewater treatment chemicals described herein. Delivery will be to either the Town’s Water Treatment Plant located at 43234 Edwards Ferry Road, Leesburg, VA 20176, and/or the Town’s Water Pollution Control Facility located at 1391 Russell Branch Parkway, SE Leesburg, VA 20175. Firms are not required to bid on all chemicals (all line items). Partial bids are acceptable.
Pre-Bid Meeting:
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 9, 2023. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project. The pre-bid meeting will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
